OmniSearch is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. OmniSearch does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. You use OmniSearch at your own risk.
In no event shall OmniSearch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of OmniSearch or the inability to use OmniSearch, even if OmniSearch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
OmniSearch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the OmniSearch application. Your continued use of OmniSearch after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
